Very informative
My husband and I have been flipping our personal houses over the past 8 years. We watched Flip or Flop Atlanta when it originally aired, and just watch all the episodes again this month. We bought our first investment flip about a month ago. I started listing to the podcast as a way to learn some tricks of the trade. The information Ken and his guests share is fantastic. We are hoping to continue our flips and eventually make it a full time job to leave the corporate world behind. Great podcast!

Most relevant material!
I stumbled on Ken's podcast searching for relevant Real Estate investing podcasts. It was obvious by the style of Ken's format that he is an active and serious investor. His transparent style is one of the best in itunes. Does not hold back and is hooked up with some of the best in the business. His attude of giving and integrity is what I look for in investors.

This is so great!
I've watched this show with my dad a few times & it's definitely nice hearing people's stories in the real estate business. Definitely gives you a good perspective.

Actionable while Short & to the Point
Ken is definitely in a jack-of-all trades. He is extremely knowledgeable on all sorts of levels and brings on guests that have great stories and inspire you to do more. It's also nice that Ken has a website and business to go along with his podcasts that makes it easy for you to take action on what he is providing you.
