Ken is gettin it done in Atlanta and sharing his knowledge with others. I first heard him on Epic RE Investing podcast. He is doing 100 deals a year with 10 employees. I already know how to do deals. but am intimidated at thought of hiring and growing (increased expenses!) I hope he will discuss the ins and outs of starting a self sustaining RE business, strategies for working capital formation, hiring and training, systemization etc. There are lots of podcast that talk about how to do a wholesale deal, but not many that discuss how to do 100 in a year!
